Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We offer the following shipping methods:

US Postal First Class
US Postal Priority
For other than Us we offer US Airmail
US Global

Payment Methods

We offer payment plans of  Paypal, Money Order, Cashier Check or Personal Check. 
 
Orders that are placed through Paypal are processed immediately except for echecks which must clear first.
 
Orders through Money Order and Cashier's Check are processed immediately upon receipt.
 
Orders by Personal Check must wait for 7 day check clearance from the time of Reciept.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction.  With personalized engraving though it does present a different flavor.  We ship everything insured so any damage done to your product is handled though the shipper. Please contact your shipper for adjustments or replacements. As far as returns and replacements, we will correct (where possible) or replace if not correctable any item due to our mistake. Mistakes we make in engraving or item selection we take care of at no cost to the customer. However mistakes made by the customer we cannot be held responsible for.  We therefore ask that when ordering personalized material or items to make sure you check and double check your request.  Check the spelling a and make sure everything is correct with the way you want it.  With Laser Engraving, once it is engraved there is no turning back.  .
