What is our Goal ?
The objective of our business is to provide a high quality product and reliable service for our customers. We hope you will
enjoy visiting our web site and using our products as much as we enjoyed providing them for you.
Co-Owners
Bill & Nancy Laughlin
Nancy and Bill Laughlin who are co-owners of Laser Graphics are both retired. They are the
proud parents of 4 Children and 4 Grand Children. They started Laser Graphics in 2003 in hopes of supplementing their retirement
and to have a job that would provide both some income yet more importantly a service to society that would be appreciated
by all. They both admit they work harder now than ever before but the rewards of a satisfying job make it a worth the
effort. Both Nancy and Bill agree that there is nothing better than to hear from a customer who is happy with what they
have recieve from them. Work doesn't seem like work when you are having fun.
Bill pretty much runs the engraving business and
Nancy does the final touches and shipping arrangements. Both still in their mid 50's say they have many years to put
into the business and hopefully some day turn it over to their children. Laser Graphics is in the center of a small
country setting. The community they live in work in is also small. Population of Berlin Heights is less than 800
population but centered half way between Toledo and Cleveland, Ohio. Even though in a country setting they still have
a storefront with many of the items they sell on display.
When asked what they thought their greatest asset was, the answer
was a friendly and helpful attitude to our customers. Be honest with them and giving them what they want and when
they want it and in turn they will do the same for us.
